Is the Yotpo Loyalty Rewards Program ending?
Yes. We’ve made the decision to sunset our Yotpo Loyalty Rewards Program. While this program will no longer be available, we’re continuing to explore other ways to thank and support our customers.
When will the Loyalty Rewards Program end?
The program will officially end on 2/24/2026. Starting this date, points will no longer be earned.
What happens to my existing points?
Any unused points must be redeemed before 3/26/2026 11:59 PST. Once
the program ends, remaining points will unfortunately expire and cannot be
reinstated.
Can I still redeem my points before the program ends?
Yes. As long as the program is active, you can continue to redeem eligible rewards according to the existing terms.
Why is Mineral Fusion discontinuing the Loyalty Rewards Program?
We periodically review our programs to ensure they align with our business goals and allow us to best serve our customers. After careful consideration, we decided to discontinue the program so we can focus on other initiatives and offerings.
Will there be a replacement rewards or loyalty program?
At this time, there is no direct replacement for the Yotpo Loyalty Rewards Program. That said, we frequently offer promotions, sales, and special offers, and we encourage customers to sign up for our email list to stay informed.
Will I still receive promotions or discounts?
Yes. We will continue to offer promotions, seasonal sales, and exclusive offers throughout the year.
Do I need to take any action right now?
If you have unused points, we recommend redeeming them before 3/26/2026. Otherwise, no action is required.

What happens if I return an order that I redeemed points on?
If an order placed using loyalty points is returned, the points used for that reward will not be reinstated. Loyalty rewards are considered redeemed at the time of purchase.
What if I don’t have enough points for a reward before March 26th?
If you do not have enough points to redeem a reward before March 26th, any remaining points in your account will expire when the loyalty program ends.
Can I transfer my points to another account or combine points with friends or family?
No. Loyalty points are non-transferable and are tied to the individual account that earned them. Points cannot be combined with another customer’s account, shared with friends or family, or moved between accounts—either before or after the program ends. Once the loyalty program concludes, any unused points remaining in an account will expire.
