Returns + Exchanges

We know it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. While we always recommend visiting your local authorized Mineral Fusion retailer for a professional consultation, we also want your experience with our products to be the best it can be.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of your purchase date. Only purchases from MineralFusion.com may be returned or exchanged. If you purchased from a retailer, please refer to the retailer’s return policy. Your return must include all original components, unopened and unused. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email in the box with your return. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Mineral Fusion is not responsible for lost or undeliverable return parcels, so please mail your package in an insured/traceable method to this address: Mineral Fusion ATTN: Returns Department, 1470 Cader Lane, Petaluma, CA 94954. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will post to your account within 14 days of receiving the return. Once shipped, please send an email to info@mineralfusion.com with the tracking number and confirm the products you are exchanging or returning. Mineral Fusion monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.
