    How do I return or exchange a product?

    We know that it can be difficult to choose the correct product or shade when ordering beauty products online. While we always recommend visiting your local authorized Mineral Fusion retailer for a professional consultation, we also want your experience with our products to be the best it can be. For that reason, we accept the exchange of any mineral Fusion  product within 15 days of the original purchase accompanied by the original invoice for account credit. 

    For unopened, unused products, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase, accompanied by the original invoice.


    To return a product or exchange one for account credit, call us at 1-800-428-1668 or e-mail info@mineralfusion.com. A customer service representative will be happy to walk you through the process.

    When shipping returns or exchanges back to Mineral Fusion, please ship products in the box they were originally sent to you in or in a similar box. Please do not ship our products in a padded envelope. This does not keep products safe from damage.

    Please note: original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded on returns and exchanges. For returns, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to Mineral Fusion. This information applies to consumer orders only.

    How do I track my order?

    Orders generally take 3-5 business days to fully process and ship.  Expedited orders can take up to 24 hours to fully process and ship.  Once your order ships out you will receive an email with order information and a tracking number.
